At Everlight Home, each candle is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order using carefully selected materials and finishes. Because every piece is created individually, slight variations make each item truly one of a kind.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all purchases, including cases of:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect scent, size, or design selection
We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders
Your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will make it right.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery confirmation if:
- The item arrives damaged or broken
- The package is officially lost in transit
To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (for damage claims)
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
