At Everlight Home, each candle is carefully handcrafted to order. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect scent or style selection
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (these are natural due to handmade production)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping label must be purchased before reshipping.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
